Gayle's hands-on experience started long before her education and professional experience.  From working inside two different family businesses   gourmet foods and ophthalmic equipment - a learning environment was created.  She further honed her skills in franchise industries for oil changes and packing, wrapping and shipping and later for natural botanical and pharmaceutical international markets.  She understands small business.
 
Gayle is an expert in all  aspects of Customer Relationships Management including relationships development,  customer service, in-house sales, tradeshow planning & attendance, answering phones , showroom sales, problem solving around customer relationships, brochure writing and design, manufacturer communications, bookkeeping, appointment setting, event planning, marketing and public relations. 
 
Gayle is a networker extraordinaire.  She is a member of several prominent business organizations including The Queens Chamber of Commerce and Women on the Fast Track. She is a facilitator of Powerful You! Women's Network and the communications director of the Great Neck-based Independent Business Women's Circle. She also publishes a bi-weekly e-calendar/e-news & information brief that reaches over 5000 contacts.  
 

Gayle Naftaly founded access.office in 1998 providing marketing and public relations after working in the business arena for many years in sales and marketing.  She expanded the marketing and public relations services by adding virtual office assistants to the mix, allowing small and midsized businesses to avail themselves of an office staff on an as-needed basis.
 
Gayle noticed that many of her clients were not realizing their sales goals. There were a significant number of businesses missing precious opportunities to build strong relationships with existing customers.  By introducing the principles of Customer Relationships Management (CRM) - a proven strategy for managing and nurturing a company s interactions with clients through  touchpoints,  access.office clients  were able to vastly improve client relationships.  The direct result for all who implemented CRM was a measurable increase in sales from existing customers.
 
It is a known fact that is easier and less costly to increase sales through customer loyalty than it is to capture new clients.  From this perspective   access.office identifies gaps and bottlenecks that prevent businesses from providing total customer satisfaction. Working with  touchpoints,  small changes in business practices reap big rewards in the form of loyal customers and enthusiastic new ones.

Through access.office, Gayle and her family are active volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island and have assisted school district 26 Habitat for Humanity at the Queens High School of Teaching through marketing and public relations. She has been successful in garnering donations in the form of event planners, magicians, disc jockeys, raffle prizes and financial donations for charity events she has chaired.  She has also assisted the Board of Surprise Lake Camp in Cold Spring, NY, her family s Alma Mater, with event marketing and fundraising.
