Jennifer is well acquainted with the difficulties and rewards of working in the corporate structure.  As a learning facilitator with the Jorgensen Learning Center (www.jorgensenlearningcenter.com), a company which specializes in effectively increasing leadership capacity and the ability to embrace and sustain results-aligned change within organizations, she works to build stronger leaders at all levels.  She has a powerful ability to facilitate groups and individuals to identify the root cause of a challenge and to increase their collective and individual capacity to create their desired outcome.  She incorporates leading edge disciplines and tools, including Conversational Leadership® and Strategic Thinking to foster sustainable change.

As an accomplished leader with years of both domestic and international experience, Jennifer has helped businesses improve employee retention and morale, increase profits, and respond rapidly and dynamically to their competition.   With almost five years of experience abroad as the Director of Training and Development for Profile Pursuit, Ltd. in London, Jennifer developed and implemented a powerful corporate sales training program, recruited and motivated sales executives, and assisted in the acquisition of several large international contracts with corporations.

Her entrepreneurial spirit is boundless.  After building and then selling a successful nutrition and exercise center in New Jersey, Jennifer moved to Northeast Florida where she now lives and operates also as a founding partner of both Joyful Evolution (www.joyfulevolution.com),a company that creates and facilitate seminars, tele-classes, and mentoring programs that effectively demonstrate how to align the power of body and mind to cultivate a foundation of personal growth and mastery. 

A perpetual knowledge-seeker, Jennifer continued her education beyond her B.A. in English from the University of Delaware.  She is currently is pursuing a Masters degree in Organizational Development, and has studied under some of the most prominent and influential personal enrichment leaders, including Dr. Deepak Chopra, Anthony Robbins, and Dr. Wayne Dyer. 

Her years as an entrepreneur and consultant continue to serve her and her clients as she shares her knowledge and experience with others.
