Service Cancellation: For Powerful You! services cancelled prior to the start date a refund less a 50% cancellation fee will be given within 30 days of request. Refunds will not be given after the event is in process.

Product Return: Powerful You!products come with a full 30-day risk free guarantee. If at any time during the first 30-days after the purchase the customer is unsatisfied with the product, they can return it for a full refund provided less a 25% restocking fee. Exceptions include CD’s, DVD’s and Software after the customer has opened the packaging. Simply follow the instructions as stated in Our Return Policy below. All Products will be shipped via UPS or USPS depending on the product. Shipping costs will be calculated when you place your order. Please review your order and all costs thoroughly before submitting it. Products will be shipped within 3-14 business days depending on the product. OUR RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns of all products within 30 days. Simply follow these steps: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product, simply email or call us for your Return Authorization Number and, upon receipt of the returned product, we will cheerfully refund the price of the returned items less a 25% restocking fee.
