With over 20 years of experience in leadership and management roles in human resources, sales coaching, and operations, along with her Life Coaching practice experience, Christine has a long history of coaching clients successfully.

Christine is on her own personal growth and wellness journey, which intensified ten years ago when she began work towards overcoming Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue. A social dancer for the past 17 years and a social dance teacher for the past 2 years, Christine possesses a unique perspective and ability to guide women seeking to maximize their body’s strengths to experience greater life wellness.
