Career & Life Coach and writer Deborah A. Bailey works with women entrepreneurs (and women wanting to transition into business ownership) who are ready to get focused, stop being overwhelmed and move forward. Her experiences through career changes, and a transition from corporate employee to business owner, give her a unique insight into her coaching work. After several years as working at companies such as AT&T, Lucent and Johnson & Johnson, Deborah successfully transitioned to career consultant and coach by founding her company Deb Bailey Coaching. Her extensive experience in the employee to entrepreneur transition and employee and executive coaching have made her the partner of choice for many successful entrepreneurs and career professionals.

She is the "Career Changer" blogger at WomenforHire.com, a regular contributor to Women&Biz online magazine, and creator and host of "Women Entrepreneurs - The Secrets of Success" internet radio show. Deb provides candid discussions with today’s top entrepreneurs, authors and industry experts such as former CNN anchor, Daryn Kagan and inventor and QVC personality, Lori Greiner. Deborah has been interviewed on various radio shows around the country and was selected as a career expert for the NJ Star Ledger "Hire Me" column. Deborah holds degrees in English from Douglass College and Advertising & Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and received her coach training at Coach U.
