| Mother,
friend and life coach, Donna embodies the love that drives each of her
nurturing relationships. Her skills in personal development and understanding
of human behavior are as keen as those of the many spiritual awareness
leaders who have taught her. Before coaching, Donna had an 18-year career as an award-winning graphic designer, and raised two children who mirror her loving nature. But in every life there is sorrow and it was Donna's overwhelming personal losses that challenged her to seek inner peace. After six years of intensive study in philosophical principals, she ultimately chose life coaching and public speaking as the vehicles to deliver her own message of love. Today, in addition to coaching and yoga instruction, Donna is a Pranic healer and teaches Primordial Sound Meditation, a practice revived by Dr. Deepak Chopra. Her unique presentation style is a combination of passionate belief and earthy inspiration. "I love seeing the light in peoples eyes turn on when they start to discover their own inner truth," she says. Donna's yoga and meditation certifications are through the Chopra (Center in San Diego, CA) Institute. Donna currently teaches yoga in Denville, New Jersey at the Center for Holistic Wellness and she leads meditation and teaches yoga at the newly opened Chopra Center and Spa in New York City.
