Janet M. Neal

Janet M. Neal founded Productivity Resource Group, Inc. and Life in Balance Coaching in 2002 after more than 20 years experience in both private and public sector environments. Trained as an educator, Ms. Neal has brought those skills to her successful careers in sales and marketing, especially the ability to understand the needs of the client and to deliver to them meaningful and effective solutions. Ms. Neal held a variety of positions during her 19-year tenure at IBM, exceeding expectations yearly and achieving several distinctive sales honors. The majority of her tenure was spent assisting her pharmaceutical clients in designing business solutions either on a departmental level or across nations and cultures. She left IBM to become Vice President, Sales and Marketing at a small services company with offerings for the pharmaceutical industry.

While at IBM, Ms. Neal became the first IBM sales representative in the Northeast to hold that position on a part-time basis, paving the way for countless others. She spearheaded both quality and work/life balance initiatives at IBM, bringing focus to the needs of working parents and establishing ongoing initiatives to assist in helping them in being productive employees.

Ms. Neal graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Education from Central Michigan University and has completed graduate level course work at both the University of Vermont and Harvard Business School. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica.

Ms. Neal is a certified Life and Empowerment Coach, receiving training through iPEC Coaching, and is the Secretary to the Board of Directors for the NJ Professional Coach Association. She is the mother of three children and enjoys family activities, travel, dance and personal growth initiatives.
