I am Kristine Lackey, and together with my husband, I travel throughout North America representing and teaching a process called The Journey .

I am a graduate from Pepperdine University with a Masters Degree in Psychology, managed my family's jewelry/art gallery for 12 years (the toughest job of my life..those of you who have ever worked for your family know what I am saying), have traveled internationally in pursuit of knowledge, wisdom and the answer to the ultimate question...what is the purpose of mine and your life? Ultimately, these pursuits brought me to the answer...and the answer is much more simple and closer then you may realize. The answer is what has brought me to the "work" that I do today. The answer has brought me to The Journey.

The Journey is an international phenomenon which teaches people how to access their true potential by clearing out emotional, physical and mental blocks which prevent them from being all that they can be. The Journey is actually a tool that is used in order to uncover and clear out these blocks by YOU...not by me, not by someone outside of you, not by anyone or anything else... just YOU. How is that possible, you ask? Well, I think you already have the answer to that question...and you always have.

Join me and start getting reacquainted with the TRUTH inside of YOU. I know it sounds a bit overwhelming to have to take full responsibility for you but the truth is no nobody else is going to so what are you waiting for? And here is something to help relieve you of any major pressure you may be feeling...taking full responsibility lies in the ability to feel your emotions (to whatever depth that might be), empty those out (by simply expressing them) and forgive yourself and others (not for any behavior which may have hurt you) but forgive them at the level of their spirit, their heart, the truth of who they truly are, devoid of their previous actions.

Sounds tough? Sounds easy? Sounds strange? Well, whatever it sounds like to you...I invite you, in this moment, just to notice if it "sounds" like anything at all to you because if it does then that is just your body and spirits way of saying...pay attention...there is something here for you.
