Michele McMahon is a Financial Advisor with Wachovia Securities in Spring Lake, NJ.  Michele works with individuals and families helping them achieve their financial goals and dreams.  She is passionate about her work.  Michele is a strong advocate of education and believes education fosters trust between advisor and client. 

Michele began her career in the financial services industry in 1992 working at A.G. Edwards as a sales assistant.  She joined Dean Witter (now Morgan Stanley) in 1994 to pursue her Series 7 license which enabled her to sell securities.  In 1996, Michele accepted a position with a top producer at Prudential Securities (now Wachovia Securities).  He served as a wonderful mentor to Michele and currently they
work as partners.  Together they manage approximately $120 million in assets for individuals and institutions.  Throughout her career Michele has continued to pursue knowledge of the industry and recently achieved the designation of Certified Financial
Planner. 

Two years ago Michele was invited to speak at seminars sponsored by the New Jersey State Division of Pensions and Benefits.  Currently she presents the financial planning segment of the State Seminar in four locations: Lacey Township, Freehold, Toms River and Hamilton Township.  Through these seminars Michele helps individuals make an informed and successful transition to retirement.

Michele was featured in the “Business On the Run” section of the Asbury Park Press in an article entitled “Helping Women Invest for their Future”.  She enjoys speaking at Women’s Clubs, and Civic Organizations.  Michele also promotes charitable gifting through estate planning seminars for local churches.
