Future Endeavors Life and Business Coaching  started it’s practice in July of 2007, bringing with it a whole new perspective on the way Individuals and Businesses plan for the future, while examining the past and present.

Coaching affords the opportunity to have a personal mentor who can hold one accountable with planning and reaching goals through either long or short term relationships where strategic planning is implemented to help an individual or business plan, Implement and reach their goals.

Susan Rae Baker has spent many years doing just that!  Having raised 4 children, Susan worked as a Medical Practice Manager for 25 years, consulting for new business startups for a medical Billing company and an urgent care center.  Along her travels, Susan turned to the financial services industry as a Banking Manager and VP. Executive Director of Recruiting for a major Insurance Company in NJ, holding a New Jersey insurance license.

Throughout her Journey, it became clear that Life and Business Coaching was the right fit for her and proceeded to launch her own company on the Eastern Shore, providing specialized Team Building workshops for businesses ,and Life Coaching Workshops starting in January of 2008, that will introduce Coaching to the public at an affordable price. Locations in Seaford , Salisbury , Bethany Beach and Ocean Pines.

 

Susan’s other accomplishments in the past year was the completion of her first book called “The Last Box” , a Women’s Survival Guide to Corporate America ,which has since gone to the publisher and should be released in early March.  Her second book called Defining Moments,  A Gathering of Women’s Journey’s has been open to all women who would like to share their story by submitting it to Susan to be a part of this new publication.

 

Susan has felt that this is her True calling, that this is what God had intended her to do all along and has found her niche in motivating women to be all that they were designed to be, through her coaching, speaking events and publications.

Future Endeavors is looking for Corporations who consider themselves to be a great place for women to work, who would like to be a sponsor for either book or women who would like to share their story.
